St. Peter's Secondary School
Alumni Association Foundation
Objectives
To draw upon alumni’s rich and diverse experience, expertise and resources to provide support to students of St. Peter’s to help enhance their educational experience and self-development, with a view to facilitating them succeeding in their academic and professional endeavours, as well as pursuing a valuable and enjoyable life.
Mode of operation
- To raise funds among alumni for financing projects approved by Foundation for pursuing the Foundation objectives.
- Fund raising activities may include: (a) engraving the name of a donor on a brick for building a brick wall; (b) acknowledging financial support by a donor for sponsoring a particular project; etc.
- For a Foundation supported project, a detailed proposal outlining target participants, mode of operation, duration, as well as target benefits to students, together with resource requirements, should be put up for approval by the Foundation.
- After completion of each project, or after a certain period of carrying out a project, an evaluation report should be compiled and submitted to the Foundation, which would evaluate the success or otherwise of the project, as well as drawing lessons learnt for making improvements in implementing similar projects in future.
- For transparency and accountability, all the approved project proposals and evaluation reports should be uploaded on Foundation website for monitoring by all donors and alumni.
