Six students who passed the selection process participated in the inter-school tour organized by the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and went to Hunan Province for agricultural inspection and cultural exchange. This tour emphasizes research-based learning. Students need to draft the topics they want to explore before departure, and then find answers to the selected topics through observation, experience, and learning on the spot. We would like to express our special thanks to Prof. Lam Hon Ming, Dr. Anthony Tse, professors and experts from the local agricultural department in Hunan Province, and staff from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, for their guidance during the trip, which provided students with the valuable opportunity to have dialogues with professors.
