Starting from the 2024/25 school year, the Education Bureau (EDB) will extend the e-submission to all types of schools, including private schools, English Schools Foundation (ESF) schools and kindergartens.

To submit applications electronically in September in the new school year, parents must have an account of "iAM Smart+" with digital signing function.  Parents may register for "iAM Smart+" at the "iAM Smart" self-registration kiosks or service counters with around 170 locations, including Post Offices in various districts.

To facilitate parents to make registration, EDB will arrange promotional activities again and set up booths for on-site "iAM Smart+" registration for parents at designated schools in various districts this year.  Details of the registration activities to be held in May and June 2024 as well as the booking method are provided in the attached poster for reference. Parents who have not registered "iAM Smart+", please complete the registration before September, 2024. For enquiries, please call hotline 3850 2000.
